A decade-long partnership supporting Next 15’s sustainability and annual reporting

The challenge

Design Portfolio (DP) has partnered with Next 15 for over a decade on the design, content and production of its Annual Report. Over this period, DP has regularly leveraged the critical thinking of its consultancy team combining this with creative engagement to support the visualisation and development of reporting themes and concepts.

In recent years, as sustainability reporting requirements and expectations have rapidly evolved, Next 15 have also turned to Ever Sustainable to support the business in navigating an increasingly complex ESG landscape. This included meeting new and emerging regulatory requirements, addressing the differing expectations of stakeholders, and ensuring that both mandatory and non-mandatory sustainability disclosures were clear, accessible and meaningful. A key challenge was integrating robust sustainability reporting seamlessly into the annual report, as well as the corporate website, ensuring it felt authentic to Next 15’s culture and narrative, had a clear structure, and remained aligned with the overall design, tone and structure of the report.

What’s it like working with Ever?

Ever Sustainable brings deep expertise in ESG, sustainability regulation and best-practice reporting. Their advice is practical, informed and collaborative, helping us work through complex challenges with confidence. The integration between Ever and DP is also invaluable: with the DP production team bringing Ever’s suggestions to life through the design and production. They are consistently supportive, no matter the nature or scale of the query, making them a trusted partner for our annual report.

What have been the most meaningful outcomes of the work?

Ever’s input has played a key role in strengthening Next 15’s sustainability reporting year on year, improving clarity and alignment with regulatory expectations. Beyond the annual report itself, the sustainability working sessions delivered by Ever have been particularly valuable, helping to further shape our thinking with their broad and diverse insights drawn from a breadth of experiences from across so many organisations. Together, this work has supported a more coherent and future-focused approach to Next 15’s sustainability reporting.

The Ever team are valuable for their extensive knowledge across the ESG and Sustainability landscape and in so many different industries and contexts. It is so easy to collaborate with the team who always bring a freshness of energy and thinking.
