The challenge

We reached out to Ever Sustainable a few months before the release of our first public facing Impact report. Although we had already developed most of the content, we wanted a third party to review it and also to support the design of the report. The main challenges we were facing, outside of the lack of competencies in design, were that it was our first report, we didn't like what we were seeing in the market with long reports with too much detail and we didn't know how to make sure that our report was going to be aligned with the expectations of the market.

We liked working with Ever Sustainable because of the flexibility, the expertise and the overall support provided. Communication was clear, and requirements and expectations were detailed, with deadlines and clear explanations of how a delay would impact the timeline.

What have been the most meaningful outcomes of the work?

Initially we thought the support from Ever Sustainable would be purely design, but Ever Sustainable provided additional expertise on the content and the important elements the market would be expecting. The result was a very well received report that we are continuing to use in our engagement. We received quite a number of very positive comments on the quality of our report which would not have been as numerous without Ever Sustainable’s support.
