The challenge

We were at the early stages of formalising our sustainability journey; we knew we were running projects and creating good initiatives but needed support illustrating and explaining this to our employees, our customers and potential investors. Ever Sustainable made this happen.

What’s it like working with Ever?

The team were brilliant to partner with. They were patient with a sense of humour and really helped us tease out what we wanted from our sustainability journey, unpicking what really mattered with clear focus points, articulating our journey, mirroring our tone of voice in reports and conveying our cultural energy.

What have been the most meaningful outcomes of the work?

We use the four pillars of sustainability daily in our conversations, strategy and KPI setting. This has become a common thread throughout our culture and a brilliant check and measure for progress.

We felt huge pride for the projects already completed and in particular the work with the Business by Design initiative and the Kurt Geiger foundation. It was fantastic to see we were trailblazers in creating an education setting within our head office; getting the chance to reflect on this in the wider context of sustainability has only energised us more. In fact, we are doubling the number of students to 60 this cohort and can’t wait to see this grow.
